Hospitality Workers Needed – Seasonal Jobs at a Fishing Resort in Baudette, MN!
Location: Bostic Bay – Lake of the Woods, Baudette, MN
Season: Now through October 1st
We’re looking for adaptable, motivated team members to join our resort staff immediately! At our busy, family-run fishing resort, every day is different. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Open Positions:
Cook (AM Cook, PM Cook)
Pay: $16/hr.-$18/hr. +tips – depending on experience.
Work Week: 5 days per week, weekends, holidays, overtime (your days off may not always be in a row)
Schedule: No set schedule. Can change weekly due to the number of guests in the camp
Shifts:
- AM Cook: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- PM Cook: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM (may go later due to cleanup)
Server (Barwait, AM Server, PM Server)
Pay: $14/hr.-$15/hr. + tips- depending on experience.
Work Week: 5 days/week (including weekends & holidays), possible overtime (your days off may not always be in a row)
Schedule: No set schedule. Can change weekly due to the number of guests in the camp
Shifts:
- AM Server- 6:30am-2:00pm
PM Server-
- 4pm-9:30pm (may go later due to cleanup)
- 5pm-9:30pm (may go later due to cleanup)
Barwait-
- 2pm-9:30pm (may go later due to cleanup) or if the bartender still needs help with guests
Front Desk
Pay: $14/hr.-$16/hr.- depending on experience.
Work Week: 5 days/week (including weekends & holidays), possible overtime (your days off may not always be in a row)
Schedule: No set schedule. Can change weekly due to the number of guests in the camp
Shifts:
- AM Front Desk: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- PM Front Desk: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Housekeeper
Rate: $14/hr.-$16/hr.- depending on experience.
Work Week: May vary depending on demand (there are days where you will have 6 cleans and 2 turnovers and a day when you have just 1 turnover.
Schedule: Varies based on resort demand
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (can finish early or stay late depending on workload)
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk, serving, etc.)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy times
- A valid driver’s license is required and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts (standing/walking)
- Comfortable with climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Strong communication and Attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- For Cooks: 1 year of food prep experience preferred
