About the Role
We are hiring a Front Desk Representative to join a high-end, luxury hospitality team located in Sandestin, FL. This opportunity is ideal for job seekers in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Miramar Beach, and throughout Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay Counties.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Manage room reservations and coordinate availability
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready
- Provide concierge-style support and area information
- Maintain a clean, professional front desk and lobby area
- Perform general administrative duties
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer literate; comfortable with office and reservation systems
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Recent college graduates in Hospitality or related fields are encouraged to apply
