The Opportunity:

The Head of Hospitality Business Line in PDS will have full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of our hospitality division, from strategic business development to daily operational excellence. The successful candidate will drive growth across the entire portfolio of hospitality products and services, coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in service delivery, and ensure exceptional execution of all hospitality-related services. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, local knowledge, and operational expertise to successfully develop and manage the hospitality business line in an increasingly competitive market.As the responsible of this Business line, you will spearhead our PDS services, focusing on exemplary client relations with both occupiers and investors, driving business growth, managing and leading teams, and ensuring top-tier quality services. Your role is pivotal in representing ownership throughout the entire real estate transformation lifecycle. You will leverage ESG principles, innovative technology, and company insights to enhance asset value in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead business development initiatives
  • Oversee and manage teams effectively
  • Ensure quality control and assurance in capex investment processes
  • Coordinate PDS business activities in hospitality assets

Nice to have. Experience and Technical Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in the real estate industry
  • Extensive experience in managing hospitality projects
  • Deep understanding of real estate business, including market trends and financial metrics
  • Experience as an owner representative, either in development or asset management
  • Demonstrated success in supervising, mentoring, and evaluating project management teams
  • Master’s Degree in Civil or Building Engineering, or Architecture
  • PMI certifications, such as PMP, are advantageous
  • Membership in RICS is considered a plus
  • Experience in both international and local markets
  • Strong client networks and a proven ability to lead business development efforts
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English

  • Over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to nurture long-term partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage large teams of over 10 people
  • Experience navigating challenging environments
  • Highly organized with robust analytical capabilities
  • Possess an innovative mindset and strategic approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage successfully with top management, architects, contractors, and clients
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative spirit
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in project management tools and processes
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
  • Strong listening skills and a global perspective
