A Galena company is looking for a Hospitality & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. No specific industry background needed—just strong leadership and people management skills!
Position Details:
- Full-time, salaried role with tips & bonuses
- $45K–$50K base + tips & bonuses
- Typical schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (40+ hrs/week, peak season flexibility)
- Work split: 75% floor time, 25% desk time
- Hours: 10 AM–6 PM during weekdays, occasional closing shifts until 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, inventory, staff oversight, and customer experience
- Lead a high-performing team while ensuring smooth daily operations
- Provide best-in-class service in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Coordinate sales, events, and VIP experiences
- Oversee ordering and merchandising for the venue
- Drive sales and promotions to enhance revenue and engagement
Qualifications:
- Retail, hospitality, or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with hands-on customer interactions
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
