Responsabilidades

Your Role:

  • Provide Exceptional Support: Answer client calls, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure smooth reservations.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Offer personalized services to create memorable stays.
  • Deliver Expert Information: Provide accurate details about services to help guests maximize their experience.

Requisitos

What are we looking for:

  • Being over 18 years old (Must have a valid DNI or C.E)
  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service (desirable).
  • English Level: Intermediate-Advanced
  • Available to work in our site of Miraflores.
