We are looking for a service-oriented and proactive team player who has a strong interest in the Hospitality industry and a real estate focus to join out Hospitality team in France. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a high-paced environment and have excellent organisational skills. Above all, applicants should have a positive and friendly personality and aim at providing high quality service to clients.

Job Description

This internship will start in February 2026 and will last for a minimum of 6 months

Main tasks

Working primarily on hotel sale assignments in France. The role will involve assisting senior hotel staff, with increasing levels of responsibility commensurate with performance, in the following areas:

  • Providing best practice analytical and report-writing services to the team.
  • Participating in the execution of hotel sale and advisory assignments on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assisting in preparing pitches for new business and client proposals.
  • Assisting the production of investment reports and due diligence information.
  • Participating in market studies, market research and financial projections.
  • Monitoring data base including transactions / CRM / Supply and pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduating student with relevant hospitality qualification.
  • Preferably with investment / transactional experience but individuals who can demonstrate a good understanding of the property industry will be considered.
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel operations advantageous.
  • Good IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally Salesforce.
  • Good financial modelling skills.
  • Willing to step forward to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Fast learner.
  • Operates to high standards, eliminating errors in own work through care and good organisation.
  • Effective time manager.
  • A natural communicator and team-player.
  • Fluent in French, good written and spoken English.
