About The Job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hospitality Manager who manages Chocolate business and handles day to day partnership with the café and the restaurant at Shinsegae Main Store.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the chocolate business, ensuring premium product presentation, stock levels, and exceptional customer service are maintained.
  • Coordinate with café and restaurant partners to manage day-to-day operations and serve as the face of LV. Manage F&B request from VICs and Celebrities while upholding luxury standards across all F&B experiences.
  • Coordinate closely with the store team, PCR and Communication to manage reservations and seating logistics for VICs, ensuring a seamless and personalized hospitality experience.
  • Lead and supervise two teams of the Chocolate team and the F&B Hostess team providing clear direction, training, scheduling, and support to uphold excellence in client experience.
  • Collaborate with store teams and external partners to align on service expectations, promotional activities, and guest experience enhancements.
  • Reporting to Shinsegae Main Operation Director, this position manages about 10+ direct Reports.

Additional information

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in high-end hotel and/or fine dining restaurant operations
  • Proven experience managing VIP guests in high-touch service environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Highly detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solution-driven
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days as required
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing a luxury brand with professionalism and poise

Preferred Qualification

  • Prior experience in luxury retail and international hospitality settings, especially within a multi-concept environment (e.g., boutique + café/restaurant)
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and working with VICs or international clientele
  • Experience working in cross-cultural or international teams, particularly within global luxury brands
