  • Employment Term: Casual with Part Time and Full Time positions considered

  • Remuneration: $36.25 (Inclusive of Casual Loading) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary

  • Rosters: 7am – 2pm, 8am – 4pm, and 3.30pm – 7.30pm

We are seeking individuals who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander who are interested in pursuing a career as a Hospitality Officer.

To perform this role, it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.

Your part in our Blue Care team

As an Hospitality Officer a key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients and residents receive an exceptional experience.

You will:

  • Supporting senior hospitality staff members with daily operations which may include housekeeping and laundry services
  • Preparing, cooking and delivering food in adherence with Australian food safety standards and dietary Requirements of our residents
  • Being required to uphold impeccable hygiene standards.

What makes a difference for us?

  • Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning
  • Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
  • Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
