Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in an international class hotel
  • Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
  • Computer literate
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Motivator and self-starters
  • Displays initiative
  • Commitment to professional values
  • Team leader/ builder
  • People oriented
  • Creative/ open-minded or dynamic personality
  • Strong command of the F&B operations
  • Good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods
