Supervisor, Hospitality & Experiences

Optimum Sports is the dedicated sports marketing agency within OMG. Unlike traditional sports marketing agencies, Optimum Sports operates in both the Sports Sponsorship and Sports Media landscapes. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supervisor, Hospitality & Experiences to support the development and execution of world-class corporate & sponsorship related activation hospitality and experiential programs, including high-visibility, multi-day marquee events. This role will be responsible for managing key aspects of event planning and logistics, hospitality operations, ticketing coordination, and vendor oversight.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Hospitality & Experiential Strategy, this individual will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect the brand’s values, support business objectives, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Execution & Logistics

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of major, multi-day marquee corporate events, including VIP client experiences, brand showcases, and hospitality activations tied to corporate tentpole events, premier sponsorships and employee engagement programs
  • Own key components of event operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, timelines, run-of-show documents, and onsite logistics.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and overall quality control.
  • Support execution of both internal and external-facing events, including client hospitality, sponsorship activations, and executive programs.
  • Work with sponsorship teams to track usage, manage compliance, and ensure strategic ticket deployment that aligns with business priorities.

Hospitality & Guest Experience

  • Manage guest communications, invitations, and registration processes across events.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience from pre-event to post-event, including accommodations, transportation, concierge-level service, and on-site support.
  • Partner with the Associate Director to implement scalable hospitality processes and best practices for consistency across events.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external event vendors and production teams, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and budget compliance.
  • Assist with RFPs, vendor selection, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with sponsorship and agency partners to align on activation plans and deliverables.

Project & Budget Management

  • Maintain detailed event budgets, timelines, and planning documents for all assigned programs.
  • Support reconciliation and post-event reporting, including ROI analysis and learnings.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, escalating risks or issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate event planning, hospitality management, or sponsorship/event marketing.
    • At least 2+ years managing complex events or large-scale hospitality programs.
    • Experience with sports, entertainment, or media-related events is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and logistics with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high standards and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools such as Teams

Additional Information:

  • This position requires 10–20% domestic travel for on-site event execution and planning visits.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during event periods is expected.
  • Passion for live events, hospitality, and brand experiences is highly valued.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$70,000—$85,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
